A very complex natural wine that has been slightly oxidized. Due to this method of production, the wine is not strongly characterized by typical fruity primary aromas. Instead, this powerful wine displays complex secondary and tertiary flavours, which are the result of fermentation and more than two years of aging on the lees. Nevertheless, the typical minerality of the Moselle slate terroir remains. Rather a wine for skilful food pairing or focused enjoyment.
